Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy applies to all services provided by SilicaSites LLC (“SilicaSites”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including but not limited to website development, web application development, software development, consulting, and digital services.

Due to the custom and time-based nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable.

Deposits secure project scheduling, research, planning, and resource allocation. Once a deposit has been paid, SilicaSites begins preparatory work and reserves time for the client's project.

Payments for Services

Payments made for completed work, milestones, consulting, or development services are non-refundable.

Because our services involve customized digital development and professional time, refunds cannot be issued once work has begun.

Client Cancellation

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun:

  • Payments already made are non-refundable.
  • The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.
  • Any remaining unpaid work completed prior to cancellation may still be invoiced.

Project Delays Caused by Client

If a project is delayed due to lack of communication, missing materials, or other client-related issues for 30 days or more, SilicaSites reserves the right to:

  • place the project on hold
  • close the project
  • retain all payments made

Reactivation of a delayed project may require a new agreement or additional fees.

Service Satisfaction

SilicaSites works collaboratively with clients and provides opportunities for feedback and revisions as defined in the project agreement.

Refunds will not be issued based on subjective dissatisfaction if the services delivered substantially match the agreed project scope.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of SilicaSites in rare circumstances, including situations where the Company determines that it is appropriate.

SilicaSites is under no obligation to issue refunds outside of this policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact SilicaSites to resolve any payment issues before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider.

Initiating a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback may result in:

  • immediate termination of services
  • legal recovery of fees owed
  • collection actions for unpaid balances

Changes to This Policy

SilicaSites may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
