Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Oxide, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Oxide is a fitness and nutrition tracking app for gym members. Features may include food logging, workouts, steps, fasting, personal plans, gym announcements, and optional coach check-ins. Features depend on your gym's configuration and your device permissions.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to consent to these terms in your jurisdiction. The app is not directed at children under 13.

Your gym may invite you with a gym code or link. Your relationship with your gym (membership, coaching, fees) is separate from these terms. Coaches at your gym may see data you choose to share, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Attempt to access other users' data without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
• Upload malware or abusive content through any feature that accepts text.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Oxide is for general fitness and nutrition tracking only. It is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before changing diet, exercise, or health treatment. Stop exercising if you feel unwell.

The app, branding, and content we provide are owned by Silica Sites or licensors. You retain rights to your own data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process your data to operate the service.

The app uses third-party services (for example Supabase, food and exercise APIs). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

You may delete your account in the app: Settings → Delete Account.

We may terminate or suspend accounts for breach of these terms or legal requirements.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silica Sites is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or health outcomes arising from use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Silica Sites' place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer rights apply.
