silicacreative (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how TaskTrax (“the App”) handles your information.

TaskTrax is designed with privacy in mind. We DO NOT collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Personal identification information
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers
• Location data
• Usage analytics
• Device information
• IP addresses
• Cookies or tracking data

All data you create in TaskTrax (tasks, focus sessions, settings, etc.) is stored exclusively on your local device using secure local storage. This data:

• Never leaves your device
• Is not uploaded to any server
• Is not shared with silicacreative or third parties
• Remains entirely under your control

The App may request certain device permissions to function:

• Notifications: To send reminders and alerts (optional)
• Vibration: For haptic feedback (optional)
• Photos / Media Library: To select a profile picture from your device gallery (optional)

These permissions are used solely for app functionality and do not enable data collection. Any photo you select is stored locally on your device only and is never uploaded or shared.

TaskTrax does not integrate with or share data with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

While we do not collect your data, we have implemented security measures in the App to protect your locally stored information from unauthorized access.

TaskTrax does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since no data is collected at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• You have complete control over your data
• You can delete all data by uninstalling the App
• You can export your data using the export feature
• No data requests to silicacreative are necessary

Your data persists on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. silicacreative does not retain any of your data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the App with an updated effective date.
